Our web site is operating 24 hours a day, but the web site administration including email is handled by our office which is open 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Fridays (not Bank Holidays). For this reason, messages sent to us at weekends will not usually receive a reply until Monday. Goods are shipped daily Monday to Friday.

Opening Hours
Our retail store is open every day apart from Christmas Day. The opening hours are 9:30am until 5:30pm, except Sunday and Bank Holidays when we open at 10:30am and close at 5:00pm.
