Can I Collect my Goods?
 
Yes, you are very welcome to collect from our shop which is open 7 days a week.
 
What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
 
We have too many products to list them all on our web site so please contact us or telephone, and we will let you know if we can help.
 
What are the Shipping or Postal Costs?
 
Orders over £75.00 are free.
 
Shipping charges will be shown at the Checkout. Click on Buy Now or Add to Cart, and then Checkout - you can proceed to this point without any commitment to buy. If you use PayPal you will not need to add further details. If you are paying by card, you will need to provide brief details to register on our site.
 
Most shipping charges are based on weight, and include packing and postage costs. If you believe the charge calculated by the shopping cart is excessive, please feel free to contact us and we will gladly take a look at the cost. Please remember that China, Cutlery and some of our other products are quite heavy and this may reflect in the Shipping charges.
 
In most cases, we use a shipping service which will require a signature on receipt. Please give us a telephone number when you place the order as some carriers may contact you if they have any difficulty in making the delivery.
 
What if my order is 'Out of Stock'?
 
This doesn’t happen very often as we normally only list items held in stock.  Be aware that some Internet sellers do not carry any stock at all, and will only order the goods from the manufacturer when you place an order.
 
If you have placed an order and we cannot immediately fulfil the order, we will contact you and let you know. We'll give you an estimated delivery time and then 'chase' your order with our suppliers till it comes in.
 
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

 

We normally ship your order within 24 hours of receiving payment (does not include weekends and bank holidays), so you should receive your goods within a few working days, and within 7 working days at the very latest. If there is to be any delay in despatch you will be informed by email. If you need an urgent delivery the First Class shipping is quick but does not guarantee next day delivery. We can arrange guaranteed next day delivery at extra cost - please contact us for a quote  

 

What if my Goods Arrive Damaged?

 

We are experienced at packaging delicate goods and breakages in transit are rare. If you are unlucky, please let us know immediately, and within 3 days at the latest, using the contact form, or by telephone (Monday to Friday only).

 

We will usually ask you to return the goods and then make arrangements to have your goods reshipped.

 

Are the Photos the actual items I will receive?

 

Because of the large volume of items we sell we use library photos. If you are buying a hand made item we can email you a larger photo of the actual item, but this can only be done Monday to Friday during normal office hours, so it may take a little time. Please telephone or contact us with details of the product.
