Setting Up A List

Whatever the occasion, setting up a list is simple.  Just visit our shop or telephone and speak to a member of staff, who will happily assist you, offering tips and advice if required.  Alternatively, you can Contact Us by email. The list will be generated to your requirements, so you may request as little or as much as you want.  Your list will be made available for viewing online via our website as soon as  possible.

You will be provided with “Our list is held at….” cards, to distribute to friends and family.

What Prices will Friends & Family Pay?

The prices your friends and family pay, will be the prices agreed when your list is setup.  Unlike many shops, if a price increase occurs after your list has been agreed, this price increase will not be passed on.

Gift Vouchers

A gift that’s always welcome.  Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5, £10 & £20.

Making Purchases

Friends and family can view, make enquires or purchase items from your list in whatever way suits them:  Web, E-mail, Phone, Fax or Post. We will keep a record of all purchases made from your list, and can give you details at any time.

Web Services

Lists are available for viewing on our website. To keep lists private, they are all password protected.  You will be issued with the password to pass onto friends and family.

Purchased Gifts

Once purchased, gifts can either be taken or stored here at the shop, in an allocated ‘Gift Box’, for you to collect at your convenience.  Please let us know when you are coming to collect your gifts, so we can have everything ready for you.

FREE Gift Wrapping Service

We offer a FREE gift wrapping service for any gifts purchased in our shop.

Completion & Discounts

You are under no obligation to  purchase any of the outstanding items remaining on your list.  For Wedding Lists, we offer couples a 20% completion discount to help purchase any required outstanding items remaining on their lists.*
