Teddy Balthazar is a natural brown, beige pointed plush Teddy Bear from Deans Teddy Bears.

This very affordable range of plush bears are very, soft and will appeal to old and new collectors, all teddy bears are fully jointed (neck, legs and arms) and partly bean-filled giving them a great feel and they pose beautifully.

From their origins in London in 1903, Deans have always been at the forefront of toy design and manufacture and were the first British company to produce teddy bears as early as 1915 (as documented) and probably even earlier from 1906. Deans made many types of toys from rag books from which they were initially famous, to beautifully crafted dolls, teddy bears and even Mickey Mouse and other characters.

More recently, Deans has been given a new burst of life with bears being reproduced as 'Limited Editions' from the original classic Deans designs. Deans is now under the control of Clemens Spieltiere in Germany who produce high quality teddy bears.
